This client required a robust and efficient system to gather and analyse data to support various critical operational and regulatory needs. The data was held in a variety of systems, with no clear master and differing levels of quality. The main challenges were to identify key data sources, understand data flows, and establish requirements while ensuring compliance with complex regulatory standards.
