Kevin’s extensive experience as Programme Director at Cooperative Energy underpins his current role at Cross 8. In this capacity, he directed a major IT-enabled transformation project with a £100 million business case, led a programme team, managed a substantial budget, and delivered over 40,000 SMETS2 meters. His efforts in redesigning energy processes and implementing a customer journey framework were pivotal in advancing smart energy solutions.
Kevin’s extensive background also includes key roles at E.ON, where he managed the deployment of over 1 million smart meters and maintained regulatory compliance. His earlier experience as Operations Manager at E.ON involved overseeing a national metering portfolio and implementing continuous improvement frameworks.
